We welcome new patients to the practice who are entitled by residence to NHS healthcare and reside in our practice area. To qualify for NHS healthcare you must be intending to be resident in the UK for a minimum of 6 months and not on a tourist visa.
Please come in to reception to register and bring your medical card from your previous GP if you have it. You will need to provide us with proof of your identity and address/activity in the community. You will also be asked to complete a short questionnaire about your health and lifestyle.
We are now able to accept patients from anywhere! However, we are only able to offer home visits to patients who live in the practice catchment area. This is the area bounded by Withington Road, Wilbraham Road and Wilmslow Road to the south, and Chester Road, Portland Street, London Road and Stockport Road to the north. If you live outside the practice catchment area, you will be registered with us as an 'Out of Area' patient. If you're interested in this, please ask our reception staff for more information.
Please notify reception of any change of address.
